You can view shifts in two ways. Calendar View displays available shifts in a calendar format. You can toggle between 2 Week, 1 Week, 3 Days, and 1 Day views. Additionally, you can filter and sort shifts based on a variety of parameters including City, Clinic, or specific time and date ranges. See filtering below:
List View shows all available upcoming shifts. The shifts are grouped first by city and then by clinic. You can modify these groupings by selecting “Grouped by 2 Fields” and adding or removing categories.
Both List View and Calendar view have the option of filtering and sorting shifts. This can help you find shifts that work with your specific schedule and needs. Select “Filter” and then “Add Filter”. From there, you can select from the various categories available. For example, if you were to select “City”, you could then search “Vancouver” and see all clinic shifts in the city of Vancouver.
Filtering can also be configured many ways. After you have selected the category you would like to filter on, you can then select whether you would like to see all shifts from one city (ie. contains “Vancouver”) or see all shifts except from one city (ie. does not contain “Vancouver”). In the latter case, shifts from clinics in every city besides Vancouver will appear in your search.
If you want to search on multiple parameters, simply continue to add filters until you find your desired list of results. To delete filters, click on the “x” to the left of the filter.
Finally, if you would like to look for specific shifts or dates, you can use the search function at the top right corner of the shift list. You can always click to view a larger version, or download the table as a CSV for easier viewing if needed.
We are excited to have you work in one of our clinics! If you see a shift at a location that suits your schedule, please fill out the contact form with your name, email address, and Shift ID. Shift IDs are found in the far-right column and look something like this:
If you would like to work multiple shifts, just make sure to separate the Shift IDs with commas.
If you would like to work more long term at one of our clinics, or even become a permanent doctor, please use the contact form on the “Long Term” page to reach out to us. Feel free to include any comments about specific locations, requirements, or questions you might have and a member from our recruitment team will reach out to you shortly.
WELL is also interested in doctors who are looking to move their practice to one of our clinics. If that’s the case, be sure to include that in the “Comments” section of the Contact Form.
